Spring Update!
Now that Spring has officially arrived, we are busy working on
the Pre-Construction activities associated with the building of
new homes in Asbury Park. Operation Westside is in the early
stages of development, we have acquired land to build on, the
weather is warming up and soon we will be underway.
When we are ready for the Ground Breaking ceremony and to begin
work again, we will notify volunteers via our Email Group.

We are also starting up our A BRUSH
WITH KINDNESS program, designed to do exterior painting and
landscaping work on existing homes that have fallen into
disrepair because the homeowner is elderly, disabled or low
income and cannot perform this type of work themselves. We are
looking for volunteer teams and individuals to help us, primarily
on Saturdays from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
In addition, please continue to support our work by getting
involved in one of our behind the scenes committees, fundraisers
or events, or by volunteering at our ReStore in Asbury Park. The
need is great for volunteers in these areas. For further

We are pleased to announce that our ReStore is now open in Asbury
Park. The ReStore is a resale store where we accept new and
gently used items and re-sell them to the public to help raise
funds for building and renovating homes on the Jersey Shore. We
are now accepting donations to the ReStore, and we are also
looking for motivated volunteers. For more information on the
