Completed 18 single-family home construction projects and 19 dedications; all homes are energy efficient and built with the most environmentally-friendly materials possible.
Provided safe and affordable housing for 19 families - single-parent households, seniors, veterans, and disabled.
Changed 850+ local lives.
Repaired 40+ homes impacted by Superstorm Sandy, from Manasquan north to Allenhurst.
Renovated or restored 190 homes through the Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI).
Educated and empowered hundreds of homeowners with basic repair and maintenance education classes.
Served as one of three principal nonprofits, partnered with the City of Asbury Park, responsible for the Springwood Avenue Redevelopment Program.
Mobilized 15,000+ volunteers, logging hundreds of thousands of hours, including custom programs for students, corporate teams, and retirees.
Empowered local high school students with skills and job training programs at the ReStore resale store and on construction sites.
Helped grow local economy by supporting countless small businesses.

Diverted more than 5 million pounds of waste from landfills thanks to Coastal Habitat's Asbury Park thrift store (since 2007).

Lobbied state and federal officials heightening key influencer awareness to the area as well as hundreds of thousands of dollars in funding
