- Accepted forms of payment are cash, debit
and credit cards. We welcome MasterCard, Visa
or Discover cards.
- Customers are urged to thoroughly inspect
items before purchasing. Tape measures, light
bulbs and batteries are available to help with
your buying decision. Our opinions are based
on good intentions, but are still just
opinions. They do not imply any form of
guarantee.
- Except for large appliances, all sales are
final. Merchandise is sold "as is" and is not
returnable.
- Large appliances carry a 7-day guarantee
if a tested feature fails. A refund or
exchange is permitted if the non-working item
is returned within 7 days in its purchased
condition.
- Negotiation is never practiced at the ReStore. We do not negotiate. We
never negotiate pricing. Negotiation is not an option. Posted prices are firm
prices. We do not bargain.
- At all times, any price is subject to
verification by management.
- Items are sold on a first come - first
serve basis. "Layaway", "deposit" or "hold"
options are not available.
- Any item without a price is not ready for
sale. It will be taken off the sales floor,
returned to the donation area and may be ready
for sale another day.
- Purchased items may be held at the ReStore for one week while arrangements
are made for their transport. Customers must agree to, sign and adhere to our
"SOLD" policy form. This form must be presented before purchase can be
released. NOTE: items not picked up within one week will be returned to
ReStore inventory. Customer's payment will then become a nonrefundable
donation to Coastal Habitat for Humanity, upon which time, a tax deduction
receipt will be offered.
- Customers must bring adequate help and
supplies when picking up merchandise. If
possible, ReStore volunteers are happy to help. But customers
should not assume it is the duty of our volunteers to lift heavy objects or
secure merchandise for transport.
- Our professional delivery service is
available for a charge of $50.00 for up to two
items going to the same address and is limited
to first floor destinations only. Please check
for location limits.
